1. Service Description

Ever Aroma provides a premium scenting service for homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Our service includes the installation of discreet aromatization devices, monthly fragrance refills, and ongoing maintenance.

2. Subscription and Fees

Ever Aroma offers tailored scenting plans based on your space and needs. Below are the standard subscription fees:

• Home Devices:
  • Setup Fee: $49 (one-time)
  • Monthly Subscription: $59
  • Includes device installation, monthly refills, and maintenance.
• Office Devices:
  • Setup Fee: $99 (one-time)
  • Monthly Subscription: $109
  • Designed for small to mid-sized office environments. Includes professional installation, monthly refills, and full maintenance.
• Commercial Devices:
  • Pricing is determined through a free consultation based on space size, fragrance needs, and usage.
  • Commercial-grade devices are ideal for clinics, boutiques, showrooms, and other customer-facing environments.

All devices remain the property of Ever Aroma and are included in your plan for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Device Policy

Devices provided remain the property of Ever Aroma. Customers agree to take reasonable care of the device. In case of damage, loss, or theft, the following fees apply:

• Home Devices:
  • Accidental Damage: $75
  • Lost or Stolen: $150
• Office Devices:
  • Accidental Damage: $175
  • Lost or Stolen: $250
• Commercial Devices:
  • Accidental Damage: $275
  • Lost or Stolen: $355

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the billing date each month. Invoices are generated automatically based on the service plan selected. Failure to pay fees may result in service interruption.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for any prior service charges or installation fees. Must schedule return of device.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse or tamper with the provided devices.
• You must ensure that the device is placed in a safe and secure location.
• Caution: Keep this product out of reach of children

7. Limitation of Liability

Ever Aroma is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to maintain the equipment.

8. Modifications to Terms

Ever Aroma reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
