Device Policy

As part of your subscription, an aromatization device is provided for use in your home, office, or business. This device remains the property of EVER AROMA and is included in your plan for the duration of your active subscription.

Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the device. Fees will be assessed at EVER AROMA’s discretion and charged to the payment method on file.

By continuing with your subscription, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms regarding the care and accidental damage replacement of the device:

In the event of accidental damage or breakage, a replacement fee of $75 will be charged.
If the device is lost or stolen, a replacement fee of $150 will apply.

If the device is lost or stolen, a replacement fee of $250 will apply.

To ensure proper use and accountability, the following fees apply in case of damage, loss, or theft:

Accidental damage or breakage: A replacement fee of $275 will be charged.
Lost or stolen devices: A replacement fee of $355 will apply.
